I have 256 colors working just fine in konsole,.I thought I'd give tmux a try because, unlike screen, it seems to support vi mode. However I find that the colors of my prompt show up and this is most likely because I have a 256 color mode prompt. Help disabling 256 color mode I have 16 colors defined in my Xresources, and I happen to like those 16 colors. When I run a script to display the full color range, I get 256 colors, and the ones that aren't my 16 colors are super shitty.
